Does it do the job? Yes. It helps the front of your Packout stack swivel on its own, so you don't have to tilt the stack to get it to move. HOWEVER, getting it installed may be a challenge for some. My kit came with a stripped black knob on what should have been the adjustable screw knob. I had to dig out a 5mm Allen wrench to break it free and spin it towards the plate before starting my install. Once the black knob is as close as possible to the large metal plate, slide it under the cross bar (see my pics) until the groove snaps in place and holds its own position. Once it's there, lock that plate by tightening the two hex nuts. Now simply lay the smaller plate on top of the large plate, and place the pre-assembled wheel module on top of that. Use the four included Philips head screws to tighten the module to the metal plates, and you're done. The manufacturer could have done themselves a big favor by including some simple directions. Most of the bad reviews here are due to the lack of assembly instructions. Once I had my new front wheel installed, I was able to move my Packout stack around MUCH EASIER than before, because leaning the whole thing back is not always possible. Five stars for the idea, but one star knocked off because of the defective knob I had to deal with and for the lack of assembly instructions.
