My towel dispenser has major issues: o When dispensing a towel, it will bunch up at the opening and jam. It looks like one of the rollers might not be turning but when I tried with my fingers, all rollers were free. o If a new roll is installed, during calibration (assuming the towels don't jam at the opening) the towels retract into the dispenser and jam against the roll. o There's a rattling sound in my unit that sounds like a screw came out or a piece broke but it's inside of the electronics area and I can't get to it. I would have returned it but I installed this after the time limit for returning the unit. o The only time the unit seems to work at all is when the towels are down to about half a roll. Until then, o I got a red light many times which means that the unit is jammed so I would have to reinstall the towels and recalibrate. I installed it aiming downward under the counter but it wouldn't work so I switched it to aiming outward. No joy until half the roll was gone (me taking the roll out and taking towels by hand).

Super easy to install. I absolutely love how it helps get items off of my counter. The only down fall and not a deal breaker is if the paper towel gets moisture in it, it will not dispense a paper towel correctly. Super easy to fix and once the first paper towel is removed, the next paper towel dispenses just fine. Seems to only happen if we do not use the dispenser for a couple days.

This is the second Innovia paper towel dispenser I have owned. My first one lasted for years. But I this a power surge (lightning) got it and did it in. I live in Florida, so surges and lightning are a daily event. I love this machine it works great and love the convenience of not having to unroll the paper towel every time I want one. This new one is much more sleek and modern looking too.

I was finally able to get in touch with the company and they shipped me a new one after a video conference with customer service. They determined that in fact the machine did not work, told me to trash the one I had and they would send me a new one. Got it in about 2 days. Installed easily and working great. Wonderful customer service once I was finally able to reach them. I waited almost 2 months to install this and when I did found out it does not work. I tried to connect to customer service at inovia but the customer support phone does not work and I haven’t had any correspondence back from the email I sent. I would rate a 0 but that was not an option.

We had the original Innovia paper towel dispenser and it worked well. This replacement is several steps down from the original, I installed the dispenser as per the instructions. The paper towels would load, but the blue indicator light never came on and it would not dispense, at all. I tried a different brand of towels, but still had the same result. I am sending it back. Go back to the drawing board Innovia. Update: My wife ordered another dispenser and after installation, it works great. No issues whatsoever. After leaving my initial review, I wanted to give Innovia a fair shake.

Product works better than expected. I was 10-15% hesitant due to other reviews for this and simular products. Turns out no worries needed! Setup: 1. All hardware is included for installation. 2. Instructions included for "programming" side of setup. Very easy with reasonable reading comprehension. Functionality: I was worried about different width size rolls or Select-a-Size style versus full sheet style. There was no need to worry. It measures out the desired amount and rolls back any unused portion for a flush out of the way look. Overall Worth it Rank: If looking at the price doesn't worry you up front I would say it is a 9.5 out of 10. Everyone that has used it wants to know where to buy it. We consider it we'll worth the money and an absolute rebuy when the time comes.

I wish I would have bit the bullet and just got it if I knew how great this is! Saves towels also no waste

I wanted to clear up some counter space so I ordered this. It was easy to install and very easy to figure out how to use. It fits really well underneath the cabinet . Love it. I highly recommend it

I love everything about it, this is my 4th one, that is why I keep buying them to keep the paper towels of the counter.

This Paper Towel Dispenser is really great and is something that I wish I had found much sooner.
