I researched solar power stations extensively and, for what we were seeking -- 120/240 from a single unit, pass-through charging for both 120/240, portability and expandability -- there just isn't anything else. After opening the boxes, setup time was about 2 minutes. The power station is performing exactly as advertised, no issues or disappointments. The app is excellent and it recognized the power station instantly. I can monitor and control the power station anywhere there is WiFi, it's not limited to Bluetooth. Expensive, but worth it. Very pleased. So much so, we have two more expansion batteries on order.
- Bradley Jay2024-04-10(Updated x2)Waiting on Ecoflow...
Updated x2: Ecoflow did contact me and warrantied the SP2, and while they sent it, the newest firmware updates fixed my breaker problems. I've never had a problem with support as others have. My experience has been pleasant and I can tell they're upgrading services such as customer support. The products work flawlessly together and couldn't be happier with the combo. Updated: Ecoflow is replacing the SP2 under warranty and has claimed to help with the cost of the reinstall as well. They did contact me and take care of this replacement within 2 days of this past review, so far everything is going well with customer service. ------- First, I love Ecoflow, and have had a wonderful experience with products in the past. I rarely give reviews, let alone negative. I'll update this rating based on how Ecoflow assists me. The ultra is great. Recommend it for sure. The smart panel 2 (SP2) has numerous issues with several customers. The last firmware update did fix my error code, but during the update, 4 of the 12 breakers stopped working. We confirmed it is receiving 0 volts electricity on all 4. So for a $2000 electrical panel, this is not acceptable. Nobody has an answer as to what or why. These new panels use relays, and I'm curious if we just need to replace the relays. Waiting to hear back from customer service, but it has been a few days. So I am exhausting other routes to get their attention and get this resolved. It is a legitimate one star review for now. I'm hoping Ecoflow sees this and expedites customer service for customers. I'm sure many people are having issues with them. Thanks guys I look forward to hearing back from you.
- Amazon Customer2024-04-11If Apple made a power station...
Very impressive. Just got it set up, charged, and downloaded app. Still haven't connected it to the electrical or tested all the ports, but don't expect any issues. Well designed and visually appealing unit is quite enough to have in your living room. Inverter unite and one battery is almost 200 Ilbs. Cart is great to roll around at home but should purchase dolly cart to take anywhere else. Quality and appearance, from all sides and angles, is on par with Apple and Tesla products. I will update this review once I have had more time with it.
- Mr. P. Penman2024-07-10missing breakers

- dekar12062024-05-25Overall satisfied so far
I bought two of these, one with the home integration panel. Product: Overall very happy. Clean interface, easy to read and understand. The fan isn't overly loud and I like the light weight of the inverter to be able to stack batteries without having a crane to lift inverter to the top of the stack. The ports are clean and easy to use. The side port covers fold and go in when fully down so that they hide in the device itself and saves an inch or two of space on the side. I have not had a problem with this yet. Waiting on one of them though, it had an issue out of the box and the screen displayed 8888 input and 188 battery capacity and what not.. it was some faulty electrical stuff that is being handled... speaking of the warranty... Customer Service/Warranty issue: Beware of customer service agents who try to tell you to file a claim with the shipping company when the box is not damaged. When I tried to explain one of the units was broken, wanted to send videos and pictures to show how it didn't work, the customer support agent said to contact fed ex for insurance. That's not the customer's job. The box wasn't damaged. The circuit board was broken. He refused to transfer his call to a supervisor and so I hung up and called back. Different agent, 100% helpful, got my return label in 15 minutes. No reason for that male customer service agent to try and force me to file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Not everyone there is trained properly at their call center so if you want US based customer service, this is not the place to go. 4 stars because the first customer support agent tried to have me go to the shipping company and file insurance so he didn't have to do it instead of helping me with getting me a working unit. He cost this review a star.
- Tess Rae2023-10-04Very nice Siemens fuses
Very easy to install, took the electrician 3 hrs to hook all the 120 fuses. Worked like a charm with the 1000 watt Delta 2 battery. 1000 material cost and 600 labor is much less than the natural gas solutions. No real noise, just some white noise on occasion.
- John R.2024-05-18more than enough power....more than expected.....well worth it for the peace of mind!
Love the portability for such a powerhouse. Though a bit heavy, it is easy to move on it's included cart and optional cart. It is also a great solar generator that can be added to in order to get the total amount of WH storage for longer outages. I can see additional Batteries for our system in the near future!
- AA2024-07-01Not What it Claims to Be + Bad Customer Service
This product is advertised as a "Whole-Home" backup solution (see the photo, as that's on the boxes and their website), but it just isn't. I ordered the battery, inverter, and smart panel, and am having to rebox all of it (hundreds of pounds) and ship it back for a return. Customer service just informed me that in order to be a whole-home solution, you'd need to buy 3 inverters and 5 batteries (over $21,000). I assumed that I'd need more batteries over time for *longer* backup, but due to amperage restrictions, this could only be hooked up to a small number of breakers with the initial setup, and even that installation would cost about $2,000. EcoFlow was also slow to respond to customer service inquiries and engaged in bait-and-switches, including offering $500 back on the installation and then claiming it expired a couple of days before I placed my order. They asked me to send them a screenshot of that offer on their website and it was still there and active, so I did. No response. They also had special early pricing and within a month, had dropped the price by over $800. This product would likely be a good purchase for some people (I never had a chance to test it, but it seems well built), but given how heavy it is (nearly 200 pounds), it's hard to imagine this as a convenient solution for travel and given how many inverters and batteries you'd need to make it even possible to back up your home for any length of time, it's hard to imagine how this could be useful as a home backup solution. EcoFlow is just not a trustworthy company, in my experience, and the investment is too costly to work with a company you can't trust.
- LLMfromWetumpka2024-07-11Works as advertised
We are using it as security for important items such as our deep freeze and refrigerator in case of power blackouts. There are a number of our small appliances it can handle as well. The solar panels recharge it as we expected as we have a sunny, south-facing backyard. No worries about noise or carbon monoxide.
