I bought this due to the outstanding reviews and the coverage and accessibility being able to walk around with it on I charged it fully and it does not last for 10 minutes on. It hasn’t made any difference I bought another brand a few years ago, and I saw results and no time at a fraction of a cost

You have to be consistent! I see some negative reviews and I can only assume that they aren’t consistent with use. Or not using proper skincare daily to go along with the light. It’s not a miracle worked on its own. LED’s are meant to be a part of a good skincare regimen. If the mask turns off after 10 mins… restart it! Simple.

I definitely saw a difference before the four weeks it says you will start seeing benefits. It’s very comfortable. I have a very small face so it doesn’t fit perfectly on my chin. It’s worth the money

This was an extreme disappointment. I did my homework and bought this brand because it seemed to have good, legitimate reviews and results behind it. I used it as directed but DAILY for over 3 months. I took pics. Absolutely zero difference. I have used a red light device at a tanning salon and that really did make a visible improvement! I do believe red light therapy has benefits but only from a device that has adequate power and the right type of red lights. This device is not that.

I owned this mask for 2.5 years before it broke. Given that it was (barely) outside the 2 year warranty, the company refused to replace it. So now I'm out $400 for this broken device. For that much money, I expect it to last a decade. I would take your money elsewhere - they build shoddy products.

I am mainly writing a review based on the customer service I recieved. I have been using this for around 3 weeks now so can't really say it's worked to its full potential although I have noticed my skin is brighter and firmer My parcel was left on my doorstep by royal mail and subsequently stolen. Omnilux sent me a replacement within a week or so. Thankyou

Paid $599 n Have been using it at least 5times a week. Saw on some website that red infra helps hair growth. Hence after my face, I put it in my head. N d result is quite good. Lesser hair drop n some baby hair growth. Didn’t regret buying.

The customer service was 50-100% depending on who you spoke to, but the item itself is just out of this world! I am so pleased with the mask, I would make some positive constructive suggestions to Omnilux about the shape of the mask and the fit, but I got around this by only using the bottom strap and laying back and relaxing... does the trick :) everyone is already raving about it and there is a reason why, it's brilliant, easy to use, takes very little time and is a good price! The packaging is really nice too!
