I was having trouble with my Ring camera connecting to our wifi. This extender did the trick and now the signal is strong! Easy to install and understand. Highly recommend!

First of all I recommend having a router with a WPS button in order to connect the router to the extender/repeater. I returned 2 extenders previously to Amazon but this one was a "keeper". I tried using my smartphone the first time around to set it up but it didn't work for me. So I went to method 2 on the instructions included with the extender and it worked perfectly. After I paired the router and the extender within 10 feet of each other I carried the extender to another building about 300 feet away. A waterproof Phizli Ethernet Cable CAT 7 cable (with RJ45 plugs on each end) connected the router in the house to the extender in the outside building and I plugged it into electricity. Now I get a cell phone signal wirelessly and I use another ethernet cable from the extender to the TV to keep the signal going to the TV more stable since I am in a rural area and the signal from my internet provider often fluctuates.

This is an item that will meet or exceed your expectations and at a reaslonable price.

I tried so many extenders and boosters to get my signal to reach the tv from where it comes into the house. We live in backwoods WY and even the phone company that supplies the dsl service couldn’t get the lr tv to work. Put this in an outlet about 1/2 way and problem solved.!

I bought this as my Grandson was having problems downloading ps4 games in his bedroom (it's at the back of the house and the router is at the front). Tried to install and it wouldn't connect, tried again and bingo. Install completed and my Grandson is so happy. No more problems downloading his games and faster connection for everything else. So glad I gave this a try.

Only gave 4 stars as for some reason our Christmas tree LED lights when on - takes the signal down from 4 to 2. No explanation there but when that is off - it has been a great extender. Solid coverage in back of house where has been weak prior.

Bought this for use in my garage that is located 80' from my house garage is cinder block with a aluminium. Roll up door with door up I have internet door down no internet .was hoping for better...

I used this product to extend the wifi signals from main router to my storage which is like 90-100 ft from my primary router and there are 10-12 brick walls between storage and the main router. Still it gave a speed of 5 mbps out of 50 mbps. I needed the wifi in storage to turn on and off light smart switch on my property and it work well.

The instructions were not easy enough for me to follow so it's still in the box. If you have more intelligence than I have then it will work I guess but for me I can't get it to work

I love this wifi extender! It gives me better service now than I had with a hardwired wifi extender. I use mine about 60 feet away from the router and it is plugged in inside my unit so it’s still giving me full service even through the walls. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking to strengthen your signal within an in law unit or apartment building!
