This is a great replacement remote, or a use in place and keep the original remote safe if you have children! This doesn’t have the voice command button, nor a headphone jack, but it works well with the boxes. I am glad that I could find this for such a decent price, because so many are only for the roku tv’s where it is built in, not an after market box. I love that these are simple, put batteries in (which last a lot longer than the OEM remotes) point and shoot, as it were. Easy and reliable.. Great product!

Got these for my roku boxes I have attached to my tvs. Tested all the buttons and they worked just as they should. Worth noting that the quick launch buttons are slightly different from my original remote my original had an apple TV button and this one has sling TV. Also and this is why I docked one star is no volume button on the side like my original roku remote. The volume button is really important to me. Now if my youtube video is really quiet and then the next video is very loud., I have to find the TV remote to adjust it. Who wants to do that? So while these will work in a pinch to replace a lost remote. The volume button is a total bummer.

These are perfect no frills remote replacements for Roku boxes. No pairing needed, just put in batteries and they work. They just have all the basic controls. No headphone jack or voice control. The batteries last a lot longer in these than in the OEM remote that comes with the Roku boxes too. At &7.99 for two remotes (at the time of this review) you can't go wrong. My wife keeps the original remote in the living room and one of these in our open kitchen so she doesn't have to carry the remote around in order to control the Roku box. Highly recommended!.

This product is perfect. I’ve got old Roku boxes. I got two of these. I put batteries in them and they instantly worked no fumbling no synchronizing no nothing. They just just instantly work. I highly recommend - get them.

Definitely worked with my Roku 3. There are some differences to the buttons but this required no programming. Just put batteries in and hit the buttons and it works. I wanted to have the extra since I did break my original remote but only one of the set is usable but I do believe it was broken in transit. These remotes use AAA batteries whereas the original uses AA but other than that and a minor learning curve because the buttons are a bit different. This is a good replacement.

These Roku replacement remotes worked perfectly. I needed a replacement remote for my Roku ultra box and these had no issues. They worked right out of the package and performed just as good as the original remote. They do not work on roku TV though. They do not have volume control nor voice control. Great replacement remotes!

Nothing to do but add batteries and start clicking. These are also a bit slimmer than our original and actually take 2 AAA batteries instead of 2 AA. There is no volume button on the side of the new ones, but we never used that on our old one anyway. I appreciate the Disney channel button, as the 4th button on our original was never used at all.

A simple basic ROKU controller. No voice, no earphone jack. Put batteries in it (not included) and it worked. I am not sure how it knew which of the 3 ROKU boxes we have to control, but it controlled the one in the living room just fine. Now we don’t have to share a controller.
